DELIVERY

Original paintings are sent via Parcelforce and the scheduled delivery date will be confirmed upon order, via email.

All other items will be sent with Royal Mail or courier depending on the size and value.

I endeavour to have all items arrive within 7 days of order confirmation, however at certain times this may need to be extended, in which case you will be contacted via email within 1 day of order confirmation. 

Please contact me before ordering if your order is urgent or you wish to discuss alternative delivery arrangements or overseas delivery options.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS

I truly hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if you’re not you can return any item (excluding personalised goods) within 14 days provided the items are returned in perfect condition, unused and securely wrapped in their original packaging or similar equivalent. Items must be sent with the correct level of compensation cover. Please note that I unfortunately do not cover returns postage and the original delivery cost cannot be refunded.
